Weddings Wedding bookings will only be accepted from members of Lover Community Trust for themselves or their family. The rates shown apply to bookings up to a maximum of 18 months in advance of the event: bookings further in advance may be at a higher rate.	Package includes full day’s hire plus access on the previous afternoon / evening to prepare plus access the following morning to clear

Lover Green can only be booked in conjunction with hiring facilities in The Old School. Please contact the Bookings Secretary. (Hirers should note that Lover Green is a public space and although the Bookings Secretary will bot double book Lover Green, there may be a small number of occasional users present).

Cancellation charges:

Bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the event will qualify for a full refund of the booking fee.
Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the event will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
No refund for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
For Wedding bookings, the same terms as above will apply, but the cancellation fee is capped at £250
